When you are looking for some yummy, natural bread, cookies & muffin in the bakery or pre-packed food, it is obviously difficult to get a good one in Hong Kong. WHY? Most of the bread, cookies or muffin added many other additional ingredients like emulsiflier, soda lime, etc.
Our bakery aims to offer healthy and happiness to you. We used the best ingredients such as brown sugar, less soda (on cookies), yeast, sour dough to keep you have the natural taste.
